It’s there, are you playing windowed or on a tablet? We have a known issue where the buttons at the top corners of the screen are getting cut off so you can’t see them on 4:3 screens. This will be fixed in the hotfix for inside the battles.

I asked the people who designed these features, they know the game overall better than anyone and that was the answer I received. The fact is we are all only human, there are a lot of minute details to this game and we can’t keep it all in our heads all the time, sometimes, something is going to slip someone’s mind. When that happens and we realise we will correct what we said and own our mistake.

As a group the community DO know the game better than the designers of the game, because 2 heads are better than one (and there’s more people participating here in the forum than actually work on the game. So if I ask 1 person 50 questions a day and they misremember one detail - that’s life. I don’t feel good about responding incorrectly, they don’t feel good, but it happens. I’m sure everyone here has at some point told someone the wrong answer about something that person thought they knew more about.

Can you please explain in more detail what exactly happens when you click to open the game?

@SilverStream that sounds like a known issue - also please post new issues into its own thread or if one already exists about it then you can add it there, thanks! this thread is about something completely different.

This is normal, it’s the downloading indicator when your Switch is downloading the art asset you need for the first time.

I’m sorry we forgot to include the info in the blog. It was a simple mistake.

I will edit it in tomorrow, right now we have things that are higher priority and we don’t have enough people to delegate that to this second. We are very small team.

I’ve updated our Known Issue article below to reflect that this is affecting the World Event Shop and some other offerings in the main Shop on the World Map as well such as the weekly event troop and spoils of war. It appears to be only North American players who are affected.

We have a dev working on all the shop issues at the moment.

Hey, make sure you close and re-open the game now and it should appear.

I just checked and it should be fine now but you will need another restart.
