Currently keeping an eye on this one, to see if it is linked to an influx of people jumping on as there were some degraded performance warnings the past couple of days since the update was released or if it is something else!

This was also reported in the 6.3 patch notes and we had some follow up questions.

Follow up question from the team, when was the last time you reinstalled Gems of War?
Both for those who aren’t getting notifications and for those who are… just as a precaution if there is any link there

Cross sharing this here too just in case! Breakdown of the Alex Pet bonus using my own goes as follows;

• Alex with no upgrades or level 5 (+1 applied to the base); 10 starting turns
• Level 10 - 15 (+2 applied to the base); 11 starting turns
• Level 20 (+3 applied to the base); 12 starting turns

The bonus turns are applied to the base starting turns and do not stack on top of each other after each major level.

• Level 10 - 15 (+2 applied to the base); 11 starting turns
• Level 20 (+3 applied to the base); 12 starting turns

If anyone else is noticing they are no longer working and haven’t already listed what device you are on can you add it to your comment
So we can investigate where the issue may be.

Also confirming, that everyone has already checked their device settings just in case something has reset.

Have you already gone through some of the initial troubleshooting we have on our Help Centre?

Also, are you noticing this when both connected to wifi and the same when you use mobile data?

Update: Team just fixed this up, should appear in game shortly!

Moved your new thread @awryan again into this existing one, so no information is missed by creating various new threads

I’ve let the team know, usually adding the exception should be all it needs.

Unfortunately some art files weren’t built correctly in 6.2 so they were showing up as brown squares, instead of the actual art. In order to fix this we had to rebuild all the art in the game, which requires all the art in the game to be redownloaded in 6.3.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and have taken measures to try to prevent art build issues happening in future updates.

A new pet has been released, Alex. You can get your Alex from the daily Pet Rescue for the next 24hrs.

Alex will also start appearing as a potential Pet Rescue from Pet Gnomes.

Pet Gnomes will not appear in the Gnome Treasure Room but Cursed Gnomes can.

While I cannot personally, I have passed it on to those who can!
