Hey just jumping in here again.

If anyone is still experiencing this, as a precaution (if you haven’t already) go into your in-game Settings > Graphics and download all assets again.
Normally this would affect the battle loading screen as opposed to the Victory screen, but worth checking off just in case!

Also would affect some devices compared to others if you are playing across two, as one may not have certain assets the other has downloaded.

That’s odd… hit f5 and see if it fixes itself?
Yell out if you have any other forum issues after that too, hopefully it was just a once off glitch =/

I’m following up on this on this one. I posted in the event thread or a bug report thread yesterday that I’m waiting for more information and I’ll follow up there.

Regardless, I know the team will be looking at how that happened and how it got through to production.

Also, I’ll talk to the team about adding more context around features in the patch notes.

I raised that there were questions about why autoplay, especially when players are asking for Daily Deals to be reviewed so I’m hoping we’ll be able to post more details about that specific decision soon!

Is anyone still having major issues, like not being able to get into the game or error messages?

We are reading all the feedback on the forum, but some of the comments piqued my interest so I laser focused down on them, long post about testing phases and GoW beta review incoming!

We are keeping a track of beta feedback and will review the beta again now that 6.3 is released.

Regarding this comment and others I’ve seen like it (so this answer isn’t specifically addressed at you Birdie! You just made a statement that encapsulates a statement I’ve seen posted several times now and in the past so it’s easy to quote!):

To assist with explore farming, to assist players who don’t have much time to play to get more battles done, to dissuade players from using farming bots because there is autoplay in built.

It’s at 1.5x speed and the AI isn’t as smart as a player because autoplay should never be better than actually playing for yourself.

It’s something other games offer as a feature as well and their players use it.

Sharptooth has returned to lead Monsters during this weekend’s Invasion. You can get him from the Event shop during this event.

After confirming with the team, split screen is not a feature we have built into Gems of War.

Split screen often being dependent on your device’s capabilities and what options are currently in that version of Unity. Most likely the case for those reporting in this thread is that with the 6.3 update, there has been an update also within Unity that has caused the changes players are experiencing.

We’re checking if that is the case and if that is something we have the ability to change, as normally this is not something we have direct control over.

Once I get any more information, I’ll share it in this thread.
