@BetaRay are your American friends able to buy the boost inside the game from the Kingdom Pass screen after they bought the Pass? Just not from the PSN store directly when they search for it?

We’ve been looking into this and found that unfortunately, extra turns have been counting as part of the total turns taken when calculating the Journey Miles.
So in one of the examples I shared with the team:
I had Hawthorn ascended to Mythic with the Pathfinder Trait unlocked for the x3 miles bonus
The battle gives 30 Miles as a base
I took 16 turns in my battle
I earnt 2 extra turns by making 4 Gem matches
So the expected result for this example is:
(30 - 6) * 3 = 72 Miles
My actual earnt Miles was 66.
(30 - 6 - 2) * 3 = 66 Miles
This wasn’t exactly what we intended, however, as it’s affecting everyone equally, we will look into this after the current Journey event has ended. This way everyone keeps the same level playing field.

We’ve been keeping an eye on King Heliodor’s appearance rate for the Kingdom Pass, as well as reviewing the feedback we’ve received.
We’ve adjusted his chance slightly, to increase his chance to appear early on, and so the decreased chance is not as sharp as players defeat him.
He will still cap out at 10x per day though.
Nexus is in Kingdom Group 10 so you’ll need to complete all the Questlines up to and including Group 9 to unlock it:

We noticed that the confirmation prompt to spend Gems on purchasing a Kingdom Pass level was not working. This meant it was easy to accidentally interact with that part of your display and purchase a level in the Kingdom Pass for 100 Gems.
To prevent this issue while we look into addressing this, we will be disabling the ability to spend Gems to Buy Levels in the Kingdom Pass until further notice.
We will be sending out refunds to all players who spent Gems to buy levels, to ensure anyone affected by this issue will get their Gems back.
Currently it’s looking like Thorn’s Blade not being in the Soulforge will be the first issue fixed for the new content issues. We had team members stay back tonight as it was the first time we’ve released a Kingdom in a couple of years and the first Journey event and Kingdom Pass.
Things get fixed baseed on which teams are available and have access to fix the thing that’s broken and whether it’s a client or server fix.
Client fixes can’t be pushed live until they go through the entire submission process for every platform and are approved.
Server fixes can be pushed as soon as the fix is made and tested. (Such as Thorn’s Blade not in the Soulforge issue).
Problems like the Kingdom Pass on PlayStation Store issues can be fixed by a separate team fairly quickly as well as it is just fixed via the PlayStation Store, we don’t need to resubmit the entire game to Sony for testing and approval.
