As you're aware, we adjusted team creation dates for December 2024 and January 2025 to avoid holidays. We're making an update to how team creation dates are scheduled in 2025 to avoid running into that issue as much as possible and help players plan further in advance. Team creation dates will fall on the first Friday of every month for 2025. The full schedule is below: February 7 March 7 April 4 May 2 June 6 July 4 August 1 September 5 October 3 November 7 December 5 You can set your WvW guild during team creation by following the guide on our support site.

We just shipped a hotfix that should correct this. Grab the latest game build and you'll be all fixed!

Bug Fixes: Fixed a texture error on the medium human female Vagabond's Hood and Vagabond's Shoulders skins. Fixed a server crash. Fixed an issue that allowed the Bloodstone Boogie emote's sound to overlap.

Our balance preview livestream is scheduled for January 24 at noon Pacific Time (UTC-8) on the Guild Wars 2 Twitch channel. The balance patch update has been rescheduled to February from our previously planned January release, and the preview livestream is scheduled based on the new date. As always, the notes will be posted here in the Professions forum at the end of the livestream.

The latest Guild Wars 2 bonus event is live now! Check your in-game mail for a message from Braham, then check out the bonus achievements and head to Grothmar Valley, Bjora Marches, and Drizzlewood Coast for bonus XP and magic find! (And yes, it does stack with boosters.) Return to the Icebrood Saga is live until January 21. Have fun!
