We are still investigating why some of you are affected, but in the meantime we know you're in a frustrating situation. We want to remedy that for you as soon as possible, so we're going to do something a little unconventional. If you are still affected by this, please let me know the region (NA or EU) and team name you should be assigned to, and we will manually correct it. Please log in first to confirm that you are still affected, as we have corrected this for quite a few people already. Once you've been moved I'll drop a react on your post. After I do, relog or change maps and you should be where you're supposed to be. If you have a support ticket open, please close it once you have confirmed that your issue is corrected.

Hi all, I'd like to point you to the new events calendar, which has been added to the top of the forum. The purpose of this calendar is to have one consistent place where you can see upcoming events and sales. Sometimes when things are extra busy I will set up posts the day before, hide them, and unhide them when it's time to publish. That may be circumventing the notifications. That's good to know--I'll try to keep that to a minimum. 😄

Hi, everyone, Welcome to the preview for the January 30 balance update! As always, the goal of previewing these changes is to gather your feedback before the live release. We'll be following the conversation and making further adjustments as needed. Thanks, Cal "cmc" Cohen Skills and Balance Lead This update is a smaller set of changes intended to address outliers that came out of the November balance update, plus a handful of changes to prepare for the new weapons coming in the following release. Due to the smaller nature of this update, there won't be an accompanying livestream. We'll be previewing changes to the new weapons themselves at a later date. This update will only include changes to existing skills and traits. After that we'll be working on the next regular balance update that is currently scheduled for mid-March. I have a bit of an update. Our team has been investigating, but need to dig into it a little more specifically. They're expecting your tickets and will likely start with the basic questions and troubleshooting steps to help paint a full picture of the problem. It's not just the translation. In the English version, the same story or event will have various lines missing on replays. For example when doing dragons end meta, sometimes aurene can talk but nobody else has a voice and other times she's the mute one.

Last week I was helping my bf with a story instance fight getting the timed achievement and I could hear every voice line but he could only hear his commander's lines, none of the npcs.

It's situational and weird.

You may want to try moving the sound quality slider in the audio options tab all the way to the right (highest quality). Folks have reported in the past that having it on the left (fastest) can cause some things to drop or lose post-processing effects.

I checked with our Loc and VO folks. The VO has been recorded and delivered. We're in the process of integrating it with a future build. I don't have a hard date on when it'll be live but it's coming.
