April 16 is the correct date. The news post had a typo--we've published a fix and a few of us MIGHT be sitting here hitting F5 every three seconds waiting for it to go live. 😄 @Krydle.7418 and @Pifil.5193, what browsers are you using? We're not able to reproduce the issue on our end.

Hi, everyone, Welcome to the preview for the March 19 balance update! As always, the goal of previewing these changes is to gather your feedback before the live release. We'll be following the conversation and making further adjustments as needed. Thanks, Cal "cmc" Cohen Skills and Balance Lead General Relic of Fireworks: Fixed an issue that could prevent some projectile skills from triggering this relic's effect. Elementalist This release includes some updates to arcane skills. Arcane Blast and Arcane Wave have a bit too much overlap with each other, and we wanted to give Arcane Wave a more unique identity by adding a movement component. We've also reworked and renamed the Elemental Surge trait, giving it some more powerful bonuses to individual skills instead of all of them inflicting bonus conditions. Part of what I do is keep an eye on conversations and feedback throughout the forum and pass it on to the rest of the studio. Even if a suggestion isn't workable exactly as presented, most of them* help contribute to the overall picture of the game and the community. What's working well, what are people finding frustrating, what are players asking for more of, what things are more polarizing than usual? At their core, suggestions are usually about a potential opportunity to address something in one of those categories, so even if a suggestion isn't feasible, a lot of the time there's still information to be had! *We're probably definitely not gonna delete a whole profession.

We have temporarily disabled the effects of the Relic of Lyhr while we address an issue. We plan to include a fix for the issue in the next game build and will re-enable the effects at that time.

Everyone go get your weapon skin! To get ahead of a possible question: As the release note states, the unlock is based on the Explorers of Antiquity achievement, so: No, you do not have to run the fractal another 25 times if you already have that. 😄

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue that caused some world events to not scale properly. Last Words can be purchased from BLING-9009 if players have completed the Explorers of Antiquity achievement. If the weapon is locked for purchase, the text "Complete Silent Surf on challenge mode 25 times to purchase" will be corrected in a future release.
