Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue that prevented players from permanently unlocking the skyscale mount via the Skies of Tyria: A New Friend achievement. The skyscale will be unlocked for players who have already completed the achievement the next time they return to Skywatch Archipelago.
Fixed an issue that caused the Into the Obscure story chapter to stall on the "Listen to Zizel's call" story step. Players stuck on this step should receive the comms call the next time they return to Amnytas.
Avatar of Regret's Crushing Regret attack now properly limits the number of players targeted when fewer players are within range.
Fixed an issue that prevented the bouncing magical orb in the Wizard Tower's Keep It Up achievement from appearing correctly in some circumstances.
Added missing German voice lines for norn male player characters.
