We have traditionally hired from Washington, California, and Texas, but we had a programmer on contract from Maryland and he was recently switched to FTE, so things might be starting to change. It wouldn't hurt to apply

Bug Fixes: Restored a missing set of planters in Divinity's Reach. Fixed an issue that prevented some skills from being changed from the skill bar.

I can confirm it too! 😄 Sorry about that, we're looking into it right now. In the meantime, you can change the skill in your build menu.
