I guess what people who ask for DLSS or FSR are really saying is "can you help us to run the game faster?". And in case the CPU is the limiting factor for higher framerates, maybe you could parallelize the rendering further? When I use game bar to see the CPU/GPU load, I get 30 something % for the CPU (Ryzen 5900HS) and 90 something for the GPU (RTX 3080 laptop, 100W). So it seems like there's headroom for the CPU usage to grow into. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
No clue here atm, afaik the game is CPU bottlenecked for most of the maps, especially on dx11. Improvements are always being made tho.
So what's the status ATM?
No engine upgrade atm. It would cause severe delays if this was planned this year.

No lies, just a later engine version was their benchmark. They never looked into other or custom engine versions.

Its equal to the infamous Loadout Bug. We are aware, QA is always testing, developers are putting out speculative fixes in every update, but its one of thosr issues that needs a 10/10 one to uncover the real cause and build a proper fix.
Things like these are the best to announce by a post on steam - if you want your community to know what's up, I have no idea where to search that interview. I personally don't follow any social media.

They should try fixing the LOD bugs, loadout bug, grenade bug, VOIP issues, etc etc
Stalingrad is also awful for optimisation because they use loads of little rubble assets instead of combining them. Everyone's game has to load individual brick piles, it is ridiculous.

Not op but it happen to me also and i believe garrison was too close to this building and too many people spawned at the same time so it put me inside.
It was on Remagen, and easiest building to point at is at Bauernhof am rhein point, last "red" building to the south on map near this point. Here is picture of building where there is possibility to spawn inside this attached small building . There are more this kind of buildings on map.
