I dont have it turn on dx12 but i have try today -USEALLAVAILABLECORES and it feels like it is working almost no stutter

Did you bother to actually test all the doorways / windows / invisible walls? Some environments are still a broken mess.
Did you send them to T17 Support with Screenshot or Video and with TacMap location?

Bullet pen is available for alot of objects. You can shoot through them but nook theough them. If there are any objects you feel like bullet pen should be applied to, but isnt working, do send a video and tac map location to T17 Support and they will add them to the bugreport program to be fixed later on.
Also one of the cosmetic achievements says “fashon” instead of “fashion”

Pak chunk usually means a error in the game files when it was downloading. Please Verify Local Game Content in Steam and relaunch the game :).
Disable -dx12 launch commands in Steam should help.
Technically you can get into that... it just atm doesnt drive tho :).
