You can always try Geforce NOW on all kinds of laptops or PCs. You get high quality and dont need the renderpower ;). You can even play Hell Let Loose on a phone!

You mean the blue name color bottom left? That's just for your team. Enemy's can't hear you. The is no way to communicate to the enemy at all.
