New AI Variations We have added two new AI variations to the game. You will now find the Grunt Doctor, who deals poison damage and drops a medical kit after being killed, and the Concertina Armored, covered in concertina wires causing bleeding damage, wandering in the swamps.

New Time of Day: Sunset The Sun has set in the Bayou, a new time of day is here! You can now explore the swamps in brand new lighting. Depending on how you move through the Bayou, you can use the sun to gain an advantage over your enemies in a fight.

Gunplay

Flare Pistol:

  • Increased the damage of the initial hit from 10 up to 75 to allow it to be more viable in PvP encounters.

Derringer:

  • Increased the maximum effective range of the Derringer. (Headshot range increased to 52m previously 26m)

Sticky Bomb

  • Damage output changed in relation to Bosses; 1 sticky bomb will bring a boss down to 25% of their health.

AI Butcher:
  • Decreased the butchers resistance to explosive damage. It can now be killed with a single BIg dynamite bundle as before.

Gunplay
  • Knuckle Knife:
    • Increased the damage of the Knuckle Knife's normal attack from 31 to 45.
    • Slighty increased the stamina consumption of the Knuckle Knife for normal attack.
    • Slightly increased the damage of the Knuckle Knife heavy attack against the hive to allow 1 hit kills when striking the head.

Please note: The Test servers are only available in the following regions: EU, US East, Asia.
A copy of recent Live profile is used for each user.
The new items are automatically unlocked for all users during the Test period (Heavy Knife and Knuckle Knife).


Highlights Random Teams of Three
  • Players can now also form and play with random teams of three instead of only being able to play in teams of three with their Steam friends.

  • Concertina Trip Mine
    • Now releases fewer wire pieces to make it easier to destroy with melee attacks and should help to avoid becoming entangled.
    • To compensate for this change, the initial damage upon triggering the mine has been increased.
    • These changes make single Concertina trip mines less effective to block passage ways, but will reward smarter placement overall.

Below are the update notes for 1.1.3. This update sees a fix to the appearance of the purple shaders rendering issue. Alongside that, you might encounter performance issues in this since we are still working on several possible improvements.

The Test servers are going offline at 1 PM CET!

We would like to thank every tester for their feedback and reports!
The testing rewards will be handed out on the Live servers later this week during a server maintenance.

With today’s test update build you will have a chance to try out our two upcoming weapons, Martini-Henry IC1 and Springfield 1866 rifles, multiple fixes as well as some experimental features which will not be part of our next Live update.

We only have Bounty Hunt random mission in Europe in order to maximize the number of players per session on the Test Server.

General changes
  • Implemented a different pipeline to deliver the mission rewards to make mission rewards more reliable when returning to the menu.
  • Optimized network bandwidth between game server and game client

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a number of client crashes.
  • Forming a group via persistent group feature would result in a "player left the group" (invitee) / 0x200007 message (inviter) on starting a session.
  • Inviter could get stuck on "Transmitting selected mission" screen during the invite process.
  • Choke bomb box was part of poison category in roster screen.
