It literally says Desolations Wake (Event/Questline), Legendary (so a Skin), Bat in the Description (so a Skin for the Bat) pretty self explaining if you ask me
The Name and the Fact they tagged the Streamer Hermit might give away its a partnered Skin so we probably get even more of that kind
The Skin will be part of the regular BB store and not tied to the event or Battlepass, however, it will become available during the event.
