Hello there. I got the key and downloaded the game, but when I launch it the game screen doesn't appear (runs in background). I tried to restart my PC but nothing happened.

If you have tried everything in our PC troubleshooting steps and are still unable to launch Hyper Scape, could you please create a support ticket here with your MSINFO & DxDiag attached? Yall can try and open it up with the .exe file. Go to Open Folder in Uplay, then open the HyperScape_BE.exe file and then the HyperScape.exe file. Worked for me. I also updated windows before that, idk if that played a role but yall can try it

I have seen others that have updated Windows and the crashing stopped so it could be that.

Hey, folks!

We have had some reports of players running into issues when they use Bitdefender. If you are using this software can you add Hyper Scape onto it's whitelist and try to run the game again.

If you are not using Bitdefender or the issue is still happening, please ensure that you have tried all of the steps HERE.

syndicate989898, my apologies for this inconvenience! Are you receiving any error codes? Also, does the game crash at all or does it only get stuck when on the loading screen?
