So when I started hyperscape on the title screen it says user profile loading failed. Failed to load the user profile if you continue you will lose your saved profile

There seems to have been an issue with the image.
Can you upload the image to a hosting site (Example - IMGR) then share a link to it here on the forum.

Hey MXKLLY (and AbnormalMeric)! I've checked in on the investigation for this issue, and as the error message is similar to one we see a lot in Rainbow Six: Siege, the devs would like to ask affected players to try the same steps for Rainbow Six: Siege from this article upon the release of the full game, if the issue persists.

Hey MXKLLY,

You don't need to follow the steps for Rainbow Six: Siege - just the equivalent steps for Hyper Scape as in that article. So long as you only delete the mentioned files but under Hyper Scape, you should see no issues.

Can you please confirm whether the issue is still ongoing for you?
