Hi everyone,

when I play Hyperscape, despite the maximum settings, the screen resolution even if it is 1920x1080 is lower.

I have tried with different settings but I have not been able to solve.


I use a notebook with the following specifications:

i7-7700HQ
16GB ram
gtx 1050 4GB


Anyone know how to solve?

Also, have you tried updating your GPU drivers? You can do this here:

Could you Verify your game files please and see if it still happens. You can do this by clicking below:

Can I ask you to try making sure your computer is using the dedicated GPU and not the onboard graphics? You can find how to do this from the link below:

Are you able to connect to a second monitor and see if the issue persists from that? I believe this could be a resolution issue with the computer.

Hey SlihmCrahp,

Can you confirm whether you've followed the troubleshooting steps as provided by my colleagues earlier in this thread? If you've tried any additional steps, can you also confirm those to me?

If you did not yet complete any of the troubleshooting, please start with our PC troubleshooting guide. I'd also recommend right-clicking on your desktop, choosing "display settings", and making sure that the resolution of your PC is set correctly and that the correct output device is also configured correctly.

Delete your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/pdx_settings.txt file. It will be remade at default settings.
