I have 3 monitors, in a PLP setup, with the center monitor (monitor 1) as primary, monitor 2 on the right, and monitor 3 on the left. When I try to launch Hyper Scape, the game attempts to launch on monitor 3 (the left hand side monitor). Since that monitor is in portrait mode, the game attempts to launch with a resolution of 864x1152, and subsequently crashes.

Hey BarcodeUser! I'm incredibly sorry to hear that Hyper Scape is crashing after jumping over to your third monitor. Can you first please try going through all the steps listed here? I'd like to see if they resolve this issue for you!

BarcodeUser: Thanks, BarcodeUser! Can you go ahead and tell me the following:

- What version of Windows are you using?
- What graphics card/video driver are you using?
- Do you have both the game and the Uplay PC Launcher on the same hard drive?

Hello everyone!

First of all, please make sure you check your system requirements and have tried the PC troubleshooting in the above link.

If you are using an Adaptive Sync monitor, please try disabling that functionality and try again. This resolved the issue for another player on the forums.

Hi there, everyone!

For those who are experiencing crashes: Can you please tell me if you have tried these PC Troubleshooting Steps?

For those not crashing: Have you been able to go into the game settings to change the monitor?

The game appears to load minimized, as hovering over the icon in the taskbar shows a black fullscreen. But clicking on the icon to maximize the window briefly flashes on monitor 3 like I mentioned earlier, and my mouse gets locked inside the window, but nothing actually shows up. No crashing is actually occurring however.

Hey!

If you change the game config file as advised by DanielSquibb above does this issue persist for you?

As I am using an AMD GPU, does this mean that I will have to wait until a later revision of the game?
Hey, BarcodeUser!

I am afraid that is correct. AMD on Windows 7 is currently not supported.

We hope to have you in the Hyper Scape in the near future.
