Our surveys don't display results when you finish them. The only survey I can find that's close to what you're referring to is this one that was done by the community, I believe perhaps from the Hyper Sweats discord, with less than 100 responses in total. Community Initial Thoughts -- Patch 2.1 [Reddit] (google.com) I'm pointing out that number of responses because it's what I'm trying to point out because it goes back to my previous point, and which is one of the big parts of our job here. This is an issue related to Ubisoft accounts that have a Steam account linked. In order to resolve the issue, players need to try claiming the game through the Free Games section in Ubisoft Connect to get rid of the activation prompt. This is an account specific issue, so if this does not resolve the error message for you, our support team should be able to look into the correct version for you.

In the video you used to originally report the issue, the team did find that the shot did go off with a visual delay and was off screen. The team was not able to reproduce the issue themselves as well. Therefore your original report was invalidated. However, the team was able to reproduce this issue recently and has updated the Bug Reporter page for the issue, which you can find here.

Patch 2.5 introduces crossplay and improvements to certain features that were introduced in our previous Lab phase including Team Deathmatch and Arcadium. As we explained recently, we are now in the Hyper Scape Lab phase of the Season 2, and we are going to let our players experience certain features while they are still in beta, to gather feedback from our community.

NEW FEATURES

CROSSPLAY (SOFT LAUNCH)

Patch 2.5 finally introduces the long-awaited crossplay feature! Crossplay will enable you to play online with friends and players over different gaming systems.

For this first iteration we will offer full crossplay between consoles, and by-invite for PC. On console, if crossplay is enabled you will be able to play freely together between Xbox and PlayStation. PC players will also be able to invite their friends on console and play with them directly, however their party will be matched into the PC queue.

We've never published the results of these surveys, so I still don't know where you're getting these "huge numbers" you're referring to.

Also we did revert the Health Regen change, so I'm not sure why you keep mentioning it. We also added health pickups so we didn't pull the regen all the way back to 5s.

Can you link me to this survey, I have no idea what that is referring to.

Also, you're conflating playerbase with vocal community, which are two very different things, especially in a f2p game.

Hi u/xSaidares, just wanted to pop in to say something from my perspective on the dev side. My team (the community team) are the ones tasked with making sure the dev team hears the voice of our players, especially the most frequent criticisms. If you would take a few minutes to look at the posting history of my colleagues listed on the right bar under "Ubisoft Community Team" you will see tons of responses to all manner of threads. Every time one of my teammates posts one of those responses to a thread, the following things happen: they create a jira ticket if it's a bug report or actionable feedback; they start an email chain to clarify something if it's a post about confusion with a feature/design intent; they have numerous touchpoints (voice calls) with the dev leads each week where these are brought up directly to them; we do weekly and mont...

I'm going to clarify right now that guns are not solely balanced based on how often people pick them up. There is a multitude of stats the team looks at (things like kills per minute, how often they are picked up vs how often they are used) in addition to feedback we gather from you guys. The team does not want every weapon to be used the same amount of time. The team just wants the weapons to be viable – meaning able to use them effectively to some degree and not be completely useless on top of being fun to use. Apologies for the confusion on this.
