I would suggest trying to rebuild your database since sometimes some files can be corrupted after installing an update. Do you have any clips of when this starts? We've had reports of it happening after landing in certain areas.

Our team is trying to gather more details from players experiencing this error message. If you have not already, please reach out to Ubisoft Support with the name of your Internet Service Provider, what platform you play on, and if you are on WiFi or a wired connection.

If you are on PC, try closing out extra programs that may be running. This error message seems to pop up if your network is being overloaded.

Can I pause and shutdown/exit my computer and resume the download where it left off?

You should be able to! There is a slight risk the download may get corrupted this way and you would have to verify your game files afterward.

Many players were mentioning that the Hex's large mag size in combination with the aim assist were what made the Hexfire super strong. As stated in the Dev Notes, the team is monitoring feedback from the community about if this change has made a difference in the Hex's pickrate.

I appreciate you sharing your experience! Just to clarify, you are playing on console and not PC, correct? I'll be keeping tabs on what other players have been saying as well about how using controller feels compared to the previous patch.

In today's patch the Hexfire's mag size will be significantly reduced and the aim assist for the weapon will also be reduced.

We'll continue to monitor the weapon after these changes and make additional changes if needed.
