As our gamerunner Dean mentioned in the last patch blog, we're making good progress on it (check out the Future Content section at the bottom of our patch notes for all the details and sneak previews), but we haven't announced an arrival time for it yet.

The repair tool & building upgrade tool have been combined into a single item.

I belive in this patch we re-added the ability to hit them with melee weapons and projectiles to damage them. But you can always look at them and press y to pick back up.

There was a bug with this in the initial patch but was fixed in a hotfix. It’s a bluefish greenish box that has smoke coming out of it.

There are more performance updates in development, including one looking at that stutter.

Yes, I confirmed the issue (i got it too) so I changed the version, to one from testing on wednesday. If you verify files again, it will ensure you have that version.

I have rolled back to the last safe experimental - there will be *some* things missing from it. Apologies folks. Will get that sorted. For now, reverify and get the new version.

Try "verify game". We have noticed dramatic increases in corruption and slow downloads after Steam made changes to how files were distributed. Many users have problems, which is why we only do one game update a week. Let me know how you get on.

Sorry its out now, I was the delay I wanted to put a few messages in it - as we have a lot in it and much more planned going forward. So we are wanting to be very clear about the changes we are making.

Intermittent issues with master server connections appear to be occurring. Team are working on it. No obvious cause, possibly similar to past outages.

17 November 2022 outage has been resolved. If still having issues, try Flushing your DNS, switch your DNS to google's, or wait for DNS record to propagate. It can take up to 24 hours at the extreme for DNS changes to make their way everywhere.

Yeah we get how frustrating this must have been. With the upcoming data decentralization changes we talk about in this week's news post there should be fewer issues like this in future, or it will be easier to recover as the key player and load out data will be stored on your PC.
