There's a bug with her spell recommendations logic where w max is being suggested 2nd that is tanking her winrate badly.
She also has a bit of a mastery curve, while also having a decent play against curve so it'll go up over time
We're monitoring how her frustration plays out and not overreacting for now, but have been testing a few changelist internally

Apologies there, we ran into a major last minute problem. That is being worked on, and the skin should still be coming with some adjustments to correct the issue. We'll share an update on when as soon as we've got that figured out
Before we get a new champion can we make sure that Mel has her Icon and Emote like every other modern day champion first?? Her not having a illustration icon in the store and a release emote feels super messily handled.
Mel's emote will be in the Act2 battle pass (didn't want to spoil her in advance hence it wasn't in the Act1 pass since that released before she was revealed). Will double check on icon, pretty sure same answer though
/u/RiotMeddler are you able to share any updates on bio updates like Camille, Seraphine and others with the new approach to narrative with thematic seasons?
Should be able to talk about our plans with bio updates in the next video, and will probably pair that with at least 1 or 2 updated bios as well. Camille's is almost done, Seraphine is underway. We'll tie bio updates to season thematics where we can but we'll also just be catching up on long needed ones like those two as well even if it means we're not always matching seasonal themes.

They'll release during the season, rather than right at season start. Shouldn't share class yet, though will confirm they're not a mage at least, acknowledging that we've been mage heavy with recent champion releases.
I haven't played clash ever, but do they change it every time it's on? Why would the dev team being focused on something else mean it can't happen monthly?
The way Clash functions behind the scenes means it does need some hands on work each time unfortunately. Certainly wish that wasn't the case and we definitely have some reflections there on what we'd do differently if building a system like that again
This looks sick! How many strands of floss are you using and what brand? I've struggled getting black coverage and often have to increase from 3 to 4, or even full floss weight to get the coverage I want on white aida. It might help if you're looking to get fuller coverage!

Some other users have pointed it out but yes you should still be able to reroll duplicate emotes for other non-legacy/event emotes as those specifically are not rerollable. That's been the case for awhile now at least.
If that's not what you're talking about then please let me know and I can have the right folks look into it as we haven't made any changes to how that should be working.

Yeah, it's just because he hasn't died. Gold from assists and csing increases bounty. And dying is the only way it goes down. Difference in gold between individual players has absolutely no bearing.
In the old system, the team that's behind in gold would have their bounties reduced. For some reason, the rework changed that to happen only when objective bounties are active.
The old system did not have bounty suppression at all. The new one does. The tuning has just been very mild. The rest of this post is accurate.

Came up during discussion for URF which inspired us to look at it for the rest of LoL for this patch.
3.0 is the new cap in ranked games if this goes through
Yes 3.0 is the new cap for all modes that don't have their own adjusted version.
We'll get the AS cap adjusted for every other game mode that is still 2.5
This issue is still happening on live client.
Yea, unfortunately the fix was overwritten. :( We are trying to find a longer term solution to avoid it reverting in the future along with updating the next patch with the previous fix
