We are actively looking into deleting problematic decks from all affected players. I have learned that PS cannot do this action for players, you are correct.

Weird bug/glitch in the game where my "All regions" deck doesn't arrange itself like the other decks then make my game crash later. I want to delete the deck but I can't select it. Am I the only one having this?
