Hey Salvor, I don't know if you are allowed to share this, but are the petal rewards calculations correct? Based on what we know from the teaser cinematic, of course. Don't want to spoil anything.
If there are more chances to get petals it's fine, but if there are less in total it might change the minimum number of daily wins, which matter for people that count wins since they can't play every day, etc.

I honestly don't know, I haven't done the math and my team hasn't handled any of the stuff for that(I work on the fancy champ levelups and spell effects). I can ask, but I don't know if I'll get a answer before it's all live :D
Important question: Do I have to buy the pass right away? Or can I progress as a free player and then, near the end of the event, decide if I want all those extras I qualified for.
Yup, you can buy the pass at any point and collect all the rewards you had already earned!
Yup, it lets the designers test different text sizes and layouts without having to have final copy.
The update was installed today, the event runs starting July 22nd
patch hits a day before the content so we have time to get through mobile stores. I'm so excited for you guys to check this all out!
It is, I'm really happy she got an emote. Two of my favorite non-champion cards have gotten emotes and it's sick.

Devs have commented that it's intended, but it's very counterintuitive from reading the cards. There's nothing in the text that would indicate why Sejuani gets her effect the same turn she flips.
u/JeffExpress (are you the right person to tag?) if Sejuani's behavior is indeed intended, could her card text be updated to reflect that behavior?
I’m definitely not the right person to fix it since I can only really communicate by waving my hands wildly at people. But good news is one of our very talented game designers is looking into this issue. Thanks for the feedback!!
