Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours 45 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• Orc Fortress content update will go live!
  • Orc Fortress Siege
  • 3v3 World Olympiad (Cross-Server)
  • Forgotten Primeval Garden World Hunting Zone (Cross-Server)
  • Sanctum of Spirits (Clan Raid)
• Store Update
  • Celebration Kits have been added to the L2 Store for two weeks!
  • Aden Talisman Enchant Package and Forgotten Primeval G...

It was the Sayha's Spirit Kit, which was part of the Candy Hunt event that ended last week.

The Aden Welcome Kit and the Reinforcement Kit II are still in the L2Store.

This is strange indeed and not something I've seen reported before. I checked your post history and none of you recent posts seem hidden. This is probably a browser issue on your side but we'll keep an eye out for similar reports.

Indeed, it has been fixed. We had a missing file on the network for the installer, which was the cause for these issues.

The issue with the installation not working is now fixed. There was a missing file from our network for the launcher that did not get updated.

Lineage II, Lineage II Classic, and Lineage Aden are only available to North America, South America, and Oceania. Please be sure you're connected to the correct region.

We can enter the game with them, but:

1-We cannot log into the forum with other accounts, (  just this ... at the moment),   or send a ticket
    When trying to log in, I write the name of the account and the pass and .... nothing....return  to the initial screen

2-We cannot create new accounts or if one is created, it is immediately blocked (even without create the character in the game)
    "due to souspicious activity, this account has been locked"
     We have tested from different computers and with different browsers with the same result


Not long ago, we lost an account under the same suspicion, (just for using the automatic hunting system ...), losing characters in Live (*) and Classic
A week ago, they blocked two Aden account...

Since we're not longer seeing reports of any issues with latency or server crashes, and compensation for the extensive issues experienced on Blackbird was delivered with the September 1 maintenance, I'm closing this thread now. 

Please feel free to report any further issues with lag/latency/crashes in a new thread.

So I placed a ticket into customer support, reported that my character on Aden has been "temporary banned" randomly.  They confirmed this was a bug, but there is no "work around" for this bug, and I must just sit here and monitor the forums until a fix is made.  Additionally, I asked the GM if they could just move my main character's stuff on the account to a new character, or what else am I supposed to do when my main character is inaccessible.  After asking about compensation (I just wanted the daily claim item, so I could reach the full 30 day prize, since this bug is no fault of my own), but the GM basically responded that I'm an "idiot" for suggesting such, without actually using those words.
