Just to provide some clarity here, these more frequent surveys haven’t replaced any of the community feedback gathering or other work that teams do here. Having more frequent surveys from the user research team means an additional channel for feedback is being supported, which is a particularly helpful avenue for those users who do not engage or chat in the forums. It is not an indicator of less work being done in other places.

Thanks for bringing this up, and I apologize for the confusing and conflicting information you’ve gotten surrounding this. I’ve flagged with the team to get full details on this issue (if the text is a localization bug, which is most likely, or there is another mistake with how this was implemented), and from there I will work through it with the original poster to try and make this situation right as best I can. Please give me a bit to get things sorted on my end and I will reach out as soon as I can.

Appreciate the feedback on this – we know Europe West has lower populations and conversations around potential region merges have been highlighted and are topics of discussions happening right now. Unfortunately at this time we still can’t have dates planned for when this might happen as we don’t have the complete tech needed to accomplish them. Region merges are a much bigger task with more moving pieces than just server merges are.

Oooh, thanks for the design comments everyone! Definitely more split than I anticipated, but I love it!! I think I’m set on going with the first design for Artist and second for Aeromancer when that day comes – sort of fits in a bit better with the themes of each Specialist class as well

Not at all overriding Roxx or saying that false bans are not a concern. Just explaining that we cannot investigate nor reverse bans through forum threads.

We have and continually remove large amounts of bots. Not saying this is the only thing contributing to any change in numbers but it can be part of it.

There are currently no plans for merges.

Due to us not currently having the tech we cannot give an estimate in time if or when merges will happen.

Could you let me know which server? And how high the ping is? Also, if its a continual high ping or if it spikes in any certain places.

While we don’t talk about bots, we are very aware of the situation and continuiously roll out ban waves. We’re also closely monitoring which changes we’ve made and how they are effecting the bots vs the players. The reason why we haven’t spoken about it in detail is to also prevent those large scale bot companies from knowing what we are doing.

We are no longer accepting ban appeals through the forums. The one time we did was for a very specific reason and situation which has been resolved. CMs do not have the tools to investigate nor the tools to make reversals. Ban appeals must go through the ticket and CS process.
