Yep – two separate things, at the moment neither is planned for the June update

I know, it certainly isn’t fun for me to drop in with news like this either – unfortunately I was not given additional details, outside of honing rates and progression being a difficult system to balance, and that it would come in the future. I can push for more information on this and see if there is more to share, but I also wanted to let players know as soon as possible what to expect despite not having a “why” ready to go.

It certainly does at some points, and for certain features and changes. Other features and changes, other considerations are weighed more heavily. It’s definitely a case by case basis. Regardless of the weight, the community team shares player feedback 100% of the time, and does not hold it back – it just won’t always be matched depending on what else is being weighed against the decision.

No, there aren’t changes that have been made for June or the foreseeable future. Just letting folks know it is a constant recirculating topic

This is something we have been sharing feedback on following the Valtan update, but unfortunately the decision was made to not include it yet

No, game design decisions are not made by the marketing team

For one, posting a screenshot on the forums is not the way to report folks who you suspect are breaking the rules. If the user has RMT’ed, the way to report them so the team to investigate them here: Report a Player or Guild - Support | Amazon Games

Locking the servers for a free to play game locks out every single new individual who might want to play with no path to get into the game. It is an extremely impacting decision. Bots are a huge issue that needs to get under control, but an entire lockdown of the game is not a viable path forward

Unfortunately I have just received word that it will not be included in the June Update. The team plans on adding it at some point but it needs more internal discussion on their end and don’t have a timeline to share yet; we know this is important to players and will keep you all posted.

Full limitations are still being explored, so for now server to server is more realistic and the priority as far as I’m aware

We are aware of the current health of the servers on EU West and are working through solutions for how to handle this; unfortunately dev work is being done to put systems in place and understand game limitations, so it does take time, but we are aware and working on getting a solution for the problem
