Post above you is correct; that bundle is temporarily turned off while we switch some things over for the update (including swapping it to M21 packs), but it will be back up in an hour or so.
Try relaunching the Epic Game Store; the game unlocked at 9, but the store doesn't seem to auto-refresh the offerings. Note that, because we're still in maintenance, there's some content that's still making its way to the right places, so you may encounter an error after launching (until that content gets there).

It will all happen automatically as part of the normal update process. You won’t need to do anything differently.
Great! I'm happy to hear this, I know this might sound stupid but I've pulled up the deck editor to check how far I am from set completion, unchecked "Collected", and wondered why I can't remember seeing certain cards in limited before ever realizing something was up. This would be a great improvement (heck, I'd be grateful enough to stop minding using a browser to search for X spells).

Deckbuilder still needs work. I am hoping they will add one single custom filter that lets you put cards into favorites or equivalently remove cards. With 4000 cards, lot of reprints and draft chaff in the collection it is about time.
There's some more stuff we have planned for the deckbuilder, but favoriting in the sense you are talking about isn't currently on the roadmap. I'm interested to hear more about how people would want to use that sort of feature though, so I know where the current pain points are.
I have been asking this a few times without getting any response, but can someone from WoTC comment on the issue of in-game chat bugging out after about 40 lines of text? When will this be fixed?
We shipped a fix for that in the last release (May). Let me know if you are still experiencing it.
