We are investigating, if you have not reached out to Customer Support please do - that list is what we are using for the investigation.

If you have claimed your Twitch rewards from www.twitch.tv, they are redeemed automatically in game. There shouldn’t be anything you need to “claim” in New World. Housing décor are automatically available within your housing décor inventory in Decorate Mode, and gear skins can be found unlocked within the Skin Preview window (left-click on a piece of gear you’re wearing and select Change Skin from the contextual menu).

While we understand your frustration, we will not be removing the AFK Timer from fishing. As others have mentioned, this is one of our counter-measures for abuse and it is an industry standard tool. And while it does not prevent fishing bots completely, it does raise the friction/difficulty and therefore does prevent low-complexity bots or macros from compounding the situation.

@Macedon is correct. Use of Vials of Suspended Azoth has been temporary suspended due to a salvaging bug. We aim to have this fixed within our next bugfix patch.
