No I am just referring to the RS3 main page and the Account Security page where you see messages and account status. I know the OSRS page doesn't have translations and is always in English. However, I will try to verify the problem in a few hours.

It is weird because sometimes I can go to the RuneScape main page it will be in English, but then when I log into my account page it will be in Spanish. I can experiment more when I get out of work.
When you say RuneScape main page, do you mean OSRS page?
Since we don't have translations for OSRS, what can be happening is that your runescape.com is in Spanish (which is where you are redirected to for logins), but your oldschool.runescape.com is in English.

Hey all. I'm going to tag everyone that had mentioned having this issue in this thread. Here are some ways this could happen:
- Your browser language is set to another language
- You might be accessing our websites through a VPN location that uses that language
- You might have at some point clicked a RuneScape link from that language which saves that option as default
If it's none of the above it's likely something on our side, and we need you guys to give us more details so we can investigate further.

Some people are suggesting that idling a bot for 25 hours in order to gain access to bounty hunter presumably wouldn't be too difficult. Do you think that extra time will allow the system to catch more bots, or is it primarily intended just to slow them down?
Adding the time/ total level restriction is to help the anti-cheating team and the system catch them before they get to BH.

Weath is the one that just confirmed it’s hijacked. That’s how they know.

Thank you, Weath! I checked haveibeenpwned and it said there was no breach for the email that I have listed as my linked email. That’s why I was confused. I created the email after the first time I was hacked, and two step authenticated it. Any advice on how to proceed going forward to ensure optimal security? And could you possibly dm me and tell me which email was hijacked?
I would run as many virus scans as possible to make sure that your computer is fully secure. Then go and make a brand new Gmail account with a unique password and add 2-step to it. Register that on your RS account and then never use it anywhere else. Set up the RS authenticator and set a unique password on your RS account.
Run regular virus scans, try not to visit any untrustworthy websites and don't share your account.
