This was something that was previously flagged to us (i.e. the gun playing like an SMG rather than an AR) so we resolved it with today's update. It's still listed as an AR and now behaves as an AR.
Because of the way FP is calculated, a drop in the RoF would have affected it FP.

The video that plays when launching Outriders can now be skipped on all platforms apart from PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Will this end up changing for Playstation 4 and Xbox One or will this just not be a thing?
It unfortunately isn't possible from a hardware point of view. The intro video masks a loading screen that cannot be circumvented with the PS4 and Xbox One hardware.

Yeah, we have talked about this before in one of the patch notes threads iirc. but this was my original post about it. Its literally the only thing left that wont unlock for me that if it did would unlock all my level30 rewards and the thrown.
Yes i contacted support and they where of no help. They never offered to help/fix it. :/ Just got the "will pass it along to the team message" Also asked for an update a week or so after that and again was told they passed it along. So i assumed it would get fixed on a patch but it never did.

So I am taking this to mean 'No' that previously acquired gear will NOT be available for transmog unless you kept them in your limited stash.
Can you answer if some armor sets will be re-introduced to normal vendor inventories? Lat I played, certain armor sets were locked to a specific level range in the campaign (character, not WT). Talking about the 'Mu-Metal' set in particular.
If as an experienced player you're looking to acquire the full transmog library you will need to create some fresh characters in order to obtain the low level variants of gear designs. As your library spans across characters though, all characters will benefit from anything found.
