When I look at the future of Overwatch, a year or two out, I don't see the exact same game that we're playing now, but with a few more heroes and maps added to it. The game should always evolve with new systems and features that serve our players. Some of these features could live just outside of a match, such as a map voti...

We are aware of an issue that purchasing the Winter Fair Shop Bundle on the Nintendo® Switch will not grant the 575 Event Tickets to unlock the cosmetics in the Winter Fair. We are working to resolve this issue and will grant the tickets to everyone affected at a later date. Note the Winter Fair will remain open through January 15 to redeem items for all platforms. This issue should not affect those who only purchase the Premium Event Pass or only earn tickets on the Free Event Pass.

If you’d rather not wait to receive the 575 tickets from your Winter Fair Bundle purchase, for a limited time, you may request an Overwatch Coin refund by starting a ticket with Blizzard Customer Service. Refunding the bundle will remove all other items, including the Formalwear Legen...

Thank you so much for bringing this forged version of a real customer service ticket to our attention!  Given that there is a real customer service ticket number with the same digits used in this fake ticket, we think it's pretty likely that this post was written with the intent to hurt faith in the reporting system by someone that didn't learn their lesson.  This type of forgery is new for us on OW2, so we'll be watching more carefully for this type of thing going forward!

For any real players reading this that have seen messages similar to these, we're working to improve our process for what chat is included in the chat history section.  We know we can do better here when it comes to showing the most disruptive language that was used that resulted in the account action.
