If you're certain it's the email you used when you bought your copy, please reach out to support! They should be able to find your code for you.
Just write to them through the portal of your region and let them know!

It's coming! We only have combat support for now, which is why we don't have it listed as a feature on Steam, but we plan on finishing the feature while we are in Early Access ;)
Hey /u/tankdamagesupport ! As Thyworm pointed out, the Campaign is not available for co-op yet - but we plan to add it later this year before we leave Early Access ;)
For now, in order to play co-op, you and your friend both need to clear the mission The Prayers in Act I. At that point, you'll be able to access missions and assassinations, which you can play together. Hope that helps!
