In a few weeks we'll be announcing our next expansion and its challenge league. As you know, with the announcement we usually release a new set of league supporter packs, which means the current Delirium Supporter Packs will be removed from the store forever.

There are two pairs of Delirium Supporter Packs available in the store, the Fateweaver and the Darkseer. Each of the two pairs is designed in its own style and has different contents, so you can choose whichever one you prefer (or both). You can upgrade from the smaller one in a pair to the larger one. All of the microtransactions from the Supporter Packs are exclusive and will not appear in the store again.

If you're interested in getting one of the Delirium Supporter Packs but you're not sure you'll be able to do so in time, we'd recommend setting up a pa... Read more

Just make announcement, dump trailer to youtube like normal companies.

We'll be sharing the trailer and announcement in the normal way that we do as well as creating a live event with Ziggy. If you don't want to participate, it's not the only way that you'll be able to get the information (but we hope that you do).

Hey there!

The red carpet hideout decoration does actually have blue variants - the blue variations begin from variant 13 onward. :D

To use a hideout decoration variant (just in case you might not know, or for anyone else who wanders along here) you would go into Edit mode in your hideout, put the item on the ground, and while it's selected use your scroll button on your mouse (or Page Up/Down on your keyboard) and it will cycle through the available variations.

We are planning to release a regular labrador pet to the store later this year with more animation variations. The labradors from the Thaumaturgy Box will receive those animations too when it comes out.

They said the opposite. It takes them a couple of minutes to enable one and then about two hours of staff time to advertise, list it, put up the leaderboards and test then enable the servers. The flashback and Turmoil events are fully automated the exact way a private league is.

This is not correct.

Setting league mods is quick, sure.

Advertising the event to the playerbase, allocating server space, launching the league, monitoring things, troubleshooting inevitable problems, sending out prizes, etc. adds up to a lot of man-hours that need to be justified--particularly so close to the launch of a new league.

Planning, testing and implementation are also significant time sinks. When people refer to Chris mentioning that "it takes 30 seconds to set up an event", it's true that simply running the create lines is very quick but it's such a minor part of the process. All the other steps that go into creating an event are time consuming and would take specific key people away from high priority work on 3.11. There are other things to consider like splintering the challenge league population and burning people out for the expansion's launch.

When our announcement goes live, ZiggyD will be streaming our trailer, his inside coverage of the expansion and then hosting a live Q&A with Chris Wilson about the upcoming content. This is an hour-long event that you'll be able to view live on Twitch! More details to come."

We know many of you are eagerly waiting for an update about when to expect our next expansion announcement and launch. This news post will let you know the timeline that we're currently working to but also explain the tricky nature of predicting when the expansion will launch.

As many of you are already aware, we have completed 8 of the 13 weeks of this development cycle from home which is a significant amount of lost time in terms of face-to-face and group collaboration. Our team worked hard to quickly adjust to the new work paradigm but there have definitely been some difficulties in working this way that have made development a little slower. Due to this, we have already internally delayed the expansion's launch by one week from its originally-expected launch date.

It is very important to us that we release a high-quality expansion in June, and we will take the time to do this if we feel that we need an additional week or two. While we tried hard to achieve this wi... Read more
