Not postponed, it was scheduled to be after launch from the get go. It's worded that way in the title but I understand it was easy to miss that detail. Hopefully early next week.

As far as I'm aware the Blight issue was fixed earlier this week unless this is a new issue I'm not aware. I'm still waiting to hear back about the master missions.

Okay so we've looked into this fully now and while the favoured map system does work there are two systems from which maps drop. Maps that drop from the Atlas use the favoured map system, maps that drop from places like the Temple of Atzoatl and Vaal areas use a different system and so favoured maps don't apply to these drops. Discussing it today after you all brought it up, we agree that the favoured map system should apply to both, so are going to do that. I don't have an ETA at the moment.

They've had a look and not found any issues with master missions but they're investigating further.

Yes, as long as no one is in the fog instance it will pause when you leave.

I'm allowed to talk about it, there's just not much to be said. The only thing people want to hear me say about the timer is that it's been removed. I don't have that to say. I've raised the feedback and talked with many team members about the community's feedback around this.

I haven't had any problems, personally... I've encountered a couple of each master in my 50-75 map clears... hard to say if it's lower than it should be...

Natural master mission chances were unchanged in 3.10.0 (still 10% for a random master, of which there are 5 possibilities, equally weighted). Edit:I mean we didn't change anything intentionally. We are looking to see if there is a bug.

We only changed the Atlas Mission chance, from a flat 40% chance to a scaling chance (35% at awakening level 0, up to 45% at awakening level 8). Which appears to be working just fine. Edit: the chance scales from 35% to 45% based on Awakening objectives completed, not Awakening Level.

I'm not sure why the natural masters wouldn't spawn. The only things that are supposed to prevent them spawning in Maps are other sources of Masters (master sextants/prophecies/scarabs/Atlas Missions/etc), plus a few obvious special cases like Blighted Maps and Unique Maps.

There's nothing more frustrating than fighting a boss, bringing him to ~10% and the mist JUST fades away seconds before we can kill it. Pausing the mist for as long as we are actively engaged with the boss would be highly appreciated.

I don't have a full answer for this sorry! It was considered and then decided against. My understanding is that it's too complicated to implement when players could drag the bosses across the map in some cases to perpetually keep the Delirium activated and also it's very iffy when it comes to how to implement it with party play.
