3.8.2 Patch Notes

Last week we posted an article with a list of issues we've been working on. This week we're planning to release the 3.8.2 patch which includes fixes for some of the issues mentioned in that article, as well as a number of various improvements. To give you an idea of what to expect from this update, we'd like to share a preview of its patch notes today.

As usual, please note that the patch notes listed below may not be final and are still subject to change before the patch.

Blight Improvements
  • Updated the description on Breathstealer unique gloves to reflect the fact that a Blighted Spore can be created when your Minions kill a rare monster. This change does not affect functionality.
  • Fixed a rare bug where you could be placed on the upper level when entering a Blighted Ramparts Map, making it impossible to reach the Ichor Pump.
  • Fixed a bug where the "Deal Full Damage" ring enchantments did not correctly byp...

Theoretical perpetual Shock with Leper's Alms and Maligaro's Restraint.

Shared Suffering does not transfer ailments from you to enemies. It means that : a) If you have a specific ailment, all your hit damage is counted towards causing that ailment on-hit. b) If you inflict an ailment, all ailments of that type are removed from you.

So assuming you do enough total damage to inflict shock, you'll shock the enemy, which because of reflection also shocks you again (you have two shocks now). Then all shocks are removed from you.

Blight Statistics: Challenges and Ascendancy Classes

Today we're looking at how many challenges have been completed in the Blight challenge league by player percentages, and how Ascendancy class use has panned out across the various league types and platforms. First of all, let's take a look at the Blight challenges.

The graph below shows what percentage of players have how many challenges and only includes accounts for those that have completed at least one challenge.



  • 20% of players have completed 12 challenges and earned the Blight Helmet.
  • 4.8% of players have completed 24 challenges and earned the Blight Portal Effect.
  • 0.65% of players have completed 36 challenges and earned the Blight Wings.

Miracle Golem

Our latest Miracle-themed cosmetic is the Miracle Golem, covered in triangle shaped golden plates that light up in patterned sequence. The Golem’s element is displayed above it, held by arcane symbols whose colour corresponds to the element of the golem. That same colour is displayed across the golem including on a plate in the middle of each of its feet.
