• Added a fake bounced light effect to Flashlight T1/2 light cookies, to help with motion sickness when using high FOV and navigating in the dark

To clear up some confusion with legacy badge, your badge can currently only be seen in multiplayer by another player on your character. This will change in a future update when we add new character models.

• Save files will now be backed up more often

• If you have a corrupt save file you will no longer get stuck on initializing and will now revert to your cloud backup
  
• Non hosts will no longer crash when a player leaves the game

Welcome back, we’ve got an update for you.

It's finally here, the grand update for the new Progression system and Equipment Tiers.



A new levelling system has been added, with new rates of progression, new unlocks, and a prestige system.

For this system to function, all current players have been reset to Prestige 1, level 1, this way you can continue to play with your unlocked difficulties and locations. New players will start at Prestige 0, level 1.

Warning: Players now found editing their level will be banned.

LEGACY BADGE
Upon launching the game for the first time after updating, you will be presented with a new screen to choose a unique badge with options based on your pre-update level. Once saved, this is un-editable so choose carefully!

With the next update drawing ever closer, it's time to look at the Video Cameras and how Tripods will support them in this new age of ghost huntin'.



Ghost Orbs have sometimes been hard to find, with the new upgrade system, you can hopefully make your Orb hunting journeys much shorter!

Tier I is an old camcorder that Ghost Huntin' Distribution found in the attic of the old office. It's small and a bit beaten up, but it does the job just fine.

We thought it was about time to show the changes to ID cards and how you'll customise your ID cards now that you have two slots to choose from!

ID cards have received some small changes, some of which we've shown already:

• The platform you are playing on is displayed in the top left of the card's banner.
  
• Before your level is a Roman numeral, displaying your current prestige.
  
• The Experience bar is now coloured to match the selected ID card theme, and is wider.
  
• There are now two slots for badges!
