That's the closest spawn location to the rest of your squad (or your squad leader.) Squads in general get to bypass a lot of the restrictions on spawns. No bug here.

Investigating this now. Looks like it doesn't happen with all characters, but for the characters it does affect, it'll happen 100% of the time.

EDIT: Looks like restarting the client will fix it temporarily.

Cloaks have been fixed for about a week now. We released a client-only update some time back that resolved the remaining issues. Someone can let me know if that doesn't seem to be the case though.

EMPs (and Disruptor Ammunition) do not detonate allied equipment. It's been this way for as long as I can remember. Let me know if it's not working for enemy equipment though.
