Well, to be fair, the game isn't exactly designed for "long-term play", as the average game is meant to take about 30 turns. That sort of "I want to play this for 200 turns" gameplay is like...why Civ exists. :P

right, I’ve submitted a feedback, deleted the beta and reinstall the production version and the games are back

So, to both you and u/Agreeable_Gap_5958, losing your tribes on iOS Testflight is normal and expected. Testflight puts you on a semi-new account without purchases, but lets you rebuy them all for free. Despite what it may look like, they'll waive the cost.

Gotcha, thanks for the response!

Not sure if you’re looking for feedback, but so far… it doesn’t seem super worth it to me without dash. I’m gonna play some more, but it seems a lot more worth your time to just use puffers and crabs for flooding.

I just keep ending up sacrificing units for one tile at a time of flooding, and those units could help more with keeping pressure on enemy units and not letting them promote with all the free kills

Do note, that's the point. That's the exact emotion we wanted you to feel.

Aquarion is not Polaris. They can spread the water, yes, but not nearly as efficiently as the Polaris can.

For the Polaris, their gameplay revolves around it. For Aquarion, it's a tool in your arsenal, nothing more.

For the flood ability on waterways, that should work with dash right? Similar to break ice for units?

I noticed when I move a unit I can’t flood on the same turn, wasn’t sure if that was intentional or not

Nope! Not Dash compatible. You have to spend the unit's entire turn to do so

Comment

This is intentional.

Units with the "water" trait are hindered by flooded terrain, but not stopped. That also applies to Scouts, Rammers, Bombers, etc

In other words, the bugs should be fixed by official release? As planned? Or else you would waited more to roll this out. Right?

Either way you for the hard work 🫡

Nah, this is on Apple. Their release process can be a little slow.

I clicked “Stop testing” on test flight since the app didn’t appear to update, but I am now locked out of my tribe skins in the base version.

The IOS version is still being rolled out to everyone. Try to hop back in later on Testflight.

First time doing a beta, so lmk if I’m doing something wrong but the civs are locked for me including Aquarion— despite owning them. Hitting restore purchase doesn’t work. Any idea how to resolve?

Are you on IOS?

If so, that's normal. You can rebuy them all for free.

Disable...the timer?

The timer should stop every time there is some unskippable animation.. It's so annoying to connect 5 cities to your capital and you have to wait ages for the population to arrive and your city to get upgraded. It's very frustrating.

Only problem with this is that all players share the timer, not just you. It ticks down for everyone, so you can't just stop it, y'know?
