Anyway on a unrelated note, would you be able to give us a few napalms to bomb PC user cities for defense and peace keeping measures?

Like I'd help a Mac-lover....

We're actually good friends with the Worldbox guys. So yeah, go sub to them, too!

It’s a bug associated with ruin swordsmen. The swordsman and the unit that uncovered it don’t count for population for some reason but it doesn’t register in the city count

We are aware of this bug and plan to fix it.

We don't want Aquarion to have Bombers.

I'm probably 4 years too late but, shouldn't kickoo be Polynesia?

Out of all the recent posts about this, you decided to necro a 4 year old thread?

Couple of questions: Aside from moving the yelly belly’s, does the tentacle effect intentionally not stack? Example, I was in a bit of a stale mate trying to move onto land against oumaji and had three yelly bellies lined up together, they moved a rider to the center tiles of them and only got hit once.

Why doesn’t the aquafarm contribute to windmills?

Why do sharks cost so much/unit placement on tech tree and balancing? Sharks cost 1* more than a rammer warrior and have the same stats (with the exception of creep), they have the same stats, occupy the place scouts normally have on the tree. It would be nice to have them either cost less to make up for having to be scouts as well, have another unit to scout like a squid (that can temporarily blind another unit or something)

Are there any plans to implement a way to give a movement boost to slower units/backline units. Typically roads, but the other special tribes without roads have other ways like ice and gl...

So, here's the answers as they currently are. These answers may change in the future:

  1. No, they don't stack, and that's intentional. You have to be able to beat the things at some point. :P

  2. We've discussed this and may adjust it to accommodate them.

  3. We're still feeling where we want Sharks. They may get changes in the future.

  4. So far, Midjiwan likes the idea of a normal navy outpacing your mermaid units. He likes the mermaid early versatility, and says "you should eventually lose to a modern navy." Of course, this may also change.

I noticed in a vid by gully that defenders have a custom shield, even though it's not a tribe skin. Does that mean that tribes could have a few wepon designs for their own use?

Perhaps, but we have no interest in retroactively giving everyone unique weapons.

Yeah, I meant more like, why aumux is indo though?

Don't Indians also have the history of loving gold and even now everyone has a piece of jewelry at least, even multiple in a stable home.

Yes, both Luxidoor and their offshoot, the Aumux Mercenaries, are Indian inspired.

The Aumux are explicitly meant to be "evil Indian mercenaries".

We are not going to switch the tribes. I can guarantee that.

The lore is already solid on Imperius using Organization and Quetzali using Strategy. Also, while the tribes are loosely based on irl cultures, they're not meant to be 1:1. The Polytopians aren't even human!
