I can explain a few things here:

  1. So, the Specials are all slated to get proper reworks and adjustments in time. What you see in the PotO update were to get them down to a baseline so that we can properly redesign stuff. What they have/do now is more of a temporary thing until we can properly examine them.

  2. Aquarion was never meant to use Roads in the first place, and them being able to do so was a bug. We fixed the bug, so it's working as intended.

  3. If whales go, Navalons go. That's just how it is.

  4. Sometimes nerfs are just necessary.

I have no problem with you making images for all the tribes, but don't spam the sub. A post or two with a few of the images at once is fine.

That being said, these look cool and I can't wait to see the rest of them!

How to join?
  1. Open The Battle of Polytopia -> Multiplayer -> Tournaments. Once you find the tournament that suits you, click "Join".

Dragons get countered by a lot of things, honestly. They're pretty fragile, and go down easily to things that can manage to hit them.

Perhaps. I know the team is looking into it, we've just got bigger fish to fry. Getting the spaghetti code to do stuff isnt always the easiest.

If it was a bug you would have fixed it ages ago.

We've tried.

So, if we could, we would, and do actively look into solutions when refactoring code in order to fix this in the future.

The problem is more about trying to find a balance between 'client-side' and 'server-side' operations.

While we'd like to have everything server-side, where the game checks with the server after every action, doing so would require numerous server calls, which might cause issues for players on weaker internet connections.

So, we consider it a bug and will patch it out whenever we can find a way to keep latency down. A fully server-side game isn't entirely out of the picture.
