Upon a recent resubscription to Game Pass for PC, I am no longer able to access my copy of Rainbow Six Extraction. Any attempt to play it through the Xbox app on PC redirects me to link my Ubisoft and Xbox accounts. Attempting to do so gives me the error that I already have a copy redeemed on my account. Unlinking and relinking my accounts did not resolve the issue on my end.
I have been attempting to make a case on the Support section for three days and it simply will not work. I constantly get the error, "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again later." This error occurs whether I select the option to Live Chat or Submit Case, it occurs on every browser I've tried (Chrome, Edge, etc.), with or without incognito mode active, and even on mobile browsers through my phone. Therefor, I cannot make a case for this through Support, and would like help sorting this issue through here. I have also DM'd Ubisoft Support on Twitter, though I have not received a reply as of yet.
