Since Spillover was added on February 16, I have consistently experienced random times when my screen freezes sometimes for several seconds during any play.
I have tried Verifying files, nothing wrong.
I have avoided going into Co-Op meaning I cannot play Maelstrom, Spillover or any Co-Op mode because I do not want to screw up other players but it also means I cannot experience any fun at all.
It is not my computer, nothing else on my PC is harmed.
Internet connection is fine.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing those freezes and therefore don't want to join multiplayer games.

We'd need you to go through the steps in this article first of all, to rule out any of the most common causes.

If you still have issues after this, we would need to look into your system files (DX Diag and MSInfo) to get a better look at what could be the cause.

Hey @GeardoTheVet

I'm not blaming your system requirements, just the troubleshooting provided in that article can help with any kind of crashes. When it talks about Windows updates, it doesn't mean update your Windows from 10 to 11. Windows pushes updates frequently which may be set to download automatically and you don't notice them happen, but you can check for them just by typing Windows Update in the search box on your PC, then click the check for updates button and download any there. This isn't the same as downloading a new OS.

If you do continue having issues though, please send us the files that I mentioned through one of the above links so we can look into them to see what may be the cause.
