Hi!

I can't play with the gamepass version. The game disappeared from the library after being 1 day without gamepass. When reactivating it keeps telling me that I don't have access.

I already put tiked, but it's been 2 days with no response. Activate to be able to play this weekend and it's already Sunday.

The same thing happened to someone and I solved it somehow without resorting to technical service?

Hey folks, sorry to hear you're both experiencing this issue.

@Azthrael I see you already submitted a case, so the team will be able to fix this issue for you there. I apologize for the lack of communication thus far, but I recommend that you refrain from updating your case as this could result in further delays.

@Baltasarb91 Could you create a support case as well? This is something that needs to be fixed on the back end.
