When I start a round ( VR Training ) then I'm stuck in the loading screen and nothing happens I waited several minutes but nothing
I also played a quick match with friends and the same thing happened and I even lost my Operator
I don't want to delete the game and reinstall it again
Please help

Please see our troubleshooting guide. Rather than uninstalling and reinstalling, please make sure to follow the guide's steps for how to verify the game files. Also from the guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
If the issue persists after those steps (perhaps test it with VR Training first, to avoid any more MIA operators), please let me know - I'll have some other steps we can try in that case.
