Hey @shmoud99 and @HAN-LongLong , thanks for your posts. I'm sorry to hear you're having this error when trying to start the game. I'd like to help with this.

Hello @areis84 , I really appreciate you sharing your insights here. I understand that hearing the same troubleshooting steps repeatedly can be frustrating. It is our view that, in tech troubleshooting, it is best to start with the simplest fixes first, which includes updating drivers, before moving on to more intensive fixes - since these simpler steps have been proven to fix the majority of issues, this fixes the highest number of issues in the fewest steps.

That said, I appreciate that you've seen this happen on Siege, and your input here is very valuable. @shmoud99 and @HAN-LongLong , please see this support article, which describes how to make sure the game is trying to correctly use your dedicated graphics card, rather than your integrated graphics. Does that allow the game to launch?

If not, please see the troubleshooting guide already linked by Ubi-Viral. It's great to hear you've already updated your drivers, but please make sure you've also updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If the issue persists after those steps too, please see this support article, which describes how to generate an MsInfo and a DxDiag file. Let me know once you've got those two files prepared, and I'll create a support ticket you can use to securely send them to us, so we can use them to diagnose the issue.

Let me know if I can clarify any of these steps at all!
