[2022] Cant launch game

Please start with our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If the error persists, please let me know. The error looks like one which might suggests that your graphics card doesn't support Vulkan - if you could tell me which graphics card you have (as well as which processor, and how much RAM you have), that would be very helpful! Let me know if I can clarify this question, or any of the above steps

@xwitchgrinderx Sorry to hear you're still encountering this issue. At this point, I would recommend reinstalling the game, as well as reinstalling Ubisoft Connect. Once that's complete, try whitelisting Ubisoft Connect in your anti-virus software.

After this, if that error pop-up still occurs, a good next step would be to update your C++ redistributables, as well as make sure your graphics drivers are updated.
