Literally, made 2-3 support requests, never got anything back. All of my hardware is up-to-date and same as my graphics cards, yet the game upon loading will say "no compatible hardware found" either I got jipped because I bought it from epic games store, or I'm one of the few unlucky people that their game just doesn't wanna play for. Either way I spent around $80 for mine and am thoroughly [censored] it's not working and that I have to come here for help.
