[2022] I can't see my squad pings.

Hey @benjiolary , thanks for reaching out here on the forums. I understand you can't see teammate pings - that's very unusual indeed!

Can you still see your own pings?

Just to make absolutely sure we're talking about the same thing, a ping is when you paint a target - such as a nest - with a marker that you can see through walls. Is this what you're unable to see from teammates, but they can see yours?

Do your teammates see each other's pings?

Please make sure to check our troubleshooting guide, and in particular make sure to verify the game files.

Please let me know if I can clarify any of the above questions at all. The answers to them should help me best see how to advise on this

Indeed, having looked further into this, I can see our teams are investigating this issue and it does seem to be related to the mute feature. If you aren't seeing pings from squadmates, please make sure your teammates aren't muted. In the meantime, consider squadding up if possible, and setting the default mute to 'Team' instead of 'Squad + Team,' and ask your squadmates to 'Disable' their 'Voice Record Mode' settings if you are using voice comms on another program. Let me know if that seems to help while we investigate, or if there's any thoughts or questions at all.
