[2022] the penalties for leaving a match should be reworked

So...
As the title mentions, I was playing this match, with these people with complete radio silence, maybe noobs or I don't know.... but as soon as the match started, I dropped my drone to scan ahead, and of course, as any teen and/or noob just gone guns blazing, they lost more than 70% health, me still full... so I am already upset, finish scanning the whole place, disengaged drone and request for extraction, as surely they won't make it next round, within 10 secs, both of them are already in the airlock, and activated it (the bastards!) and I am on the other side of the map, I try to make a run for it, but I had no time... I was even still full hp after the countdown ended, and to top it off, the objective was NOT completed!

so that made me MIA, so am I supposed to sit and watch these idiots get killed? with a penalty, if I don't?
