Rainbow Six Extraction has directional subtitles that can be enabled by following the steps in this FAQ. Is this what you mean by "Visual Audio"? You can also find other accessibility options in this FAQ.

If those features don't work for you or you meant something else, please provide some more information and I will be happy to investigate further.
